The staff was friendly. They addressed any concern I had immediately. The pizza I ordered to my room came fast. It was within walking distance to the Olympia theatre. I attended a gig and was back to my room within 15 minutes.
The bathroom extractor fan made noise all day and night. I told management about it, but they could not fix it. The bathrooms weren't cleaned daily. Dirty cups were not replaced with clean ones. It is a four-star hotel and should have a higher standard.

The staff was really good and cute. The reception staff is lovely. They are patient and helpful. Mia in the dining area gave us bus information and helped us find areas to see.

I found the walk-in shower very convenient and the complimentary water and coffee a nice touch. The beverages were reasonably priced.. I could easily relax. The rooms were immaculate and the beds offered great comfort. The hotel overlooked Saint Patrick's Cathedral, an added benefit.
Our room was not ready by 3 pm for check-in. It was only a small inconvenience, and the staff was very apologetic.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot food station. The hotel also offered a concierge service and luggage storage.
